Education and Experience:

 Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Management or a related degree; Engineering disciplines also may be applicable: Industrial, Mechanical Engineering. Significant work experience may replace the requirement for a Bachelor’s degree (15 years or more).
 Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement initiatives, root cause corrective action methodology, visual factory management, statistical process control techniques, quality assurance processes, coaching and performance management, safety practices, operations metrics/dashboard measurement.
 Minimum of 5 years of Operations management experience (prefer 10+ years) leading teams of operations and/or technical, Engineering professionals.
 Previous experience in machining is required; prefer experience build-to-print Aerospace manufacturing with milling, turning, CNC 4 & 5-axis machining, lathes, grinding, boring operations.
 Prior experience in a unionized facility is preferred
