Jerry Kardas is a business management professional with over 25 years of experience in business operations and strategy development. He is a compensation specialist and has conducted numerous compensation projects with for-profit and non-profit organizations. He is also a career development coach and trainer for business professionals at all levels and MBA students.
Jerry has also conducted numerous training sessions on new product development, project management, operational productivity and profitability improvement, and total business quality in North America, Europe, South America, and Asia.
Jerry has held senior level positions in general management, product development, international operations, marketing, and engineering at several major global industrial companies.
He holds a B.S. in Aeronautics and Astronautics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from The George Washington University, and an M.S. in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
His publications include NASA Technical Reports, NASA contract reports, and professional papers/presentations on product development. He is a member of the Colonial Total Rewards Association and the Society for Concurrent Product Development.
