ACA Reporting Changes

The IRS announced extended due dates for the Affordable Care Act reporting required of employers with 50 or more full time equivalent employees the extensions are only for 2015!

  1. IRS Form 1095-C reporting on employer coverage was is now required to be delivered by March 31, 2016.
  2. IRS Form 1094-C – due to IRS (paper filing): May 31, 2016
  3. IRS form 1094-C due to IRS (electronic filing):  June 30
