Connecticut Sexual Harassment Training Regulations Update

The Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities (CHRO) has updated the sexual harassment training requirements of all employers to be postponed again to April 19, 2021. This was due to the extension of Governor Lamont’s Executive Order 10A, which included other COVID-19 orders:

With this extension some employers can breathe a sign of relief that they now have until April 19 of this year to complete their required sexual harassment training requirement.

With this extension employers can breathe a sign of relief that they now have until February 9 of next year to complete their required sexual harassment training requirement.
