EEO-1 Report Due by September 30

EEO-1 report: All employers with 100 or more employees, and federal contractors with 50 or more employees and $50,000 or more in federal contracts, must file an EEO-1 report by September 30.

VETS-4212 report: Federal Contractors and subcontractors with contracts of $150,000 or more are required to file this report each year by September 30. For federal contracts entered into prior to October 1, 2015 the old threshold of $100,000 is still in force, any contracts entered into after October 1, 2015 the new threshold of $150,00 is in force.
