Expired I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification Form
Paperwork
April 1, 2016

A notice from the US Citizenship and Immigration Services that was released today, informed us that until further notice, all employers should continue to use the current I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification Form that has a March 31, 2016 expiration date on it. This form will continue to be effective until the USCIS provides updated information and releases a new version of this current I-9 form.

All Employers must complete Form I-9 for all newly hired employees to verify their identity and authorization to work in the U.S.

We have the current form listed on our Downloads page. If you have any questions, please contact us and we will be happy to help you with this verification form and process.
