Leesa Schipani (CTmrg board member) will moderate a discussion with a representative from Whitcraft and the Department of Corrections. They will demonstrate how they have successfully incorporated the Second Chance program into their business. This will be a tactical session for those who are interested in this program for their company.

December 17, 2020 – Alternative Workforce – Legrand, North and Central America

February 18, 2021 – Panel Discussion – Variety of Manufacturers

June 17, 2021 – Apprenticeship Program – Workforce Alliance & Manufacturer TBD
Workforce Alliance of South Central CT will be presenting a case study with one of their manufacturing clients. They will discuss how they successfully implemented the Apprenticeship Program in their facility. Similar to all webinars in the series, this will be a tactical approach to implementing the Apprenticeship Program into your manufacturing facility.
