With over 30 years of operations, human resource leadership and consulting experience, Nick Daukas is a recognized human resource leader and generalist serving companies in the industries of hospitality, retail, information technology, financial services, managed healthcare, municipalities, and direct healthcare services. He has helped organizations and companies build high performance teams, effectively manage cross-functional resources, and align organization goals and direction to ensure quality outcomes.

Nick has held senior HR leadership positions, and consulting roles with both divisional and regional responsibility with emphasis in recruitment; workforce planning; organizational development; employee relations; regulatory compliance; compensation; mergers & acquisitions; union prevention and training; and development consulting. Nick has been an adjunct professor at the University of Saint Joseph and Central Connecticut State University teaching an HR certification class.
Nick holds national membership with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and is a member of the Human Resource Association of Central Connecticut (HRACC), as well as the Staffing Management Association of Southern New England (SMA). Nick is a past member of the Board of Directors of HRACC, as well as the Connecticut SHRM State Council, and is vice president of the Board of Directors of the Prudence Crandall Center in New Britain, CT.
Nick holds a Bachelors of Science in Public Relations & Communications from Boston University, and graduated with honors with an MBA from the University of New Haven. Nick earned his Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), his Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), and completed his Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
