OSHA Log – Posting Requirement – Feb., 1, 2016
Cork Board
March 16, 2016

All Employers are required to keep the OSHA 300 Form, and they must post the OSHA 300A form in workplace common areas for employees to see by February 1, 2016, for the job related injuries and illnesses which occurred in 2015. This year’s summary must include the total number of job-related injuries and illnesses that occurred in 2015.

The OSHA Form 300A is what must be posted – even if you had no workplace injuries or illnesses at all. Just follow the instructions on the form to see what needs to be included – or call KardasLarson and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
